Nipa Hut is a locally owned and operated, Filipino restaurant. Our Asian restaurant serves Filipino food favorites such as lumpia, pancit, siopao, adobo, and other tasty dishes. Our mission is to provide you and our community with an authentic menu full of items that will keep you coming back.
Found on the islands of the Philippines, a nipa hut (also known as a bahay kubo) is a little house created with nipa leaves and bamboo. Most of the time these huts are built around a vegetable garden or out in the fields as a place to rest, eat a meal, and enjoy the company of friends and family. Our version of a nipa hut is built on the high plains of Cheyenne, Wyoming and since 2013, we’ve been operating a food truck during the summers. On December 2019 we opened our first brick-and-mortar location at 4014 Central Ave right by Lions Park. Come visit us Mon-Sat 10:00am – 7:00pm.
