Today was Nipa Hut’s first time out in our community serving food. From 10AM – 5PM we were stationed at Lions Park and participated in Cheyenne’s Superday. The day started with nervous anticipation for how our family food truck would do at this event but now, after all is packed and over with, we are joyously exhausted from a wonderful day. We got to interact with so many people and share the passion we have for our culture and food. We hope you enjoyed the food and got to try a new flavor, we’ll be back for Frontier Days with more of it!
